How to deal with Hot Flash
The most difficult part of menopause is dealing with hot flash. Many consider hot flashes to be incredibly frequent like some women have an intense one on an hourly basis. And the cycle may last for several years. Hot flashes cannot be considered as a "no big deal" problem. They are agonizing and they frequently became a part of a woman's everyday life unless something is done to overcome them.
In experiencing hot flash, weight is one factor. Thin women are likely to have a more difficult time of dealing hot flashes than their heavier counterpart. The reason is because the fat cells are essential to the production of estrogen. But that doesn't mean that it is a good advice for a woman to gain more weight.
Hot flashes may differ from one another. Some people may experience only mild discomfort while others may deal with hot flashes on a regular basis and they undoubtedly want to find a way to handle the problem. Several women may suffer from severe hot flashes and this can be embarrassing, uncomfortable and can have a dramatic impact to the sufferer's quality of life.
